Christ’s Death Fulfills God’s Will

Therefore, when He came into the world, He said:

“Sacrifice and offering You did not desire,
But a body You have prepared for Me.
In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin
You had no pleasure.
Then I said, ‘Behold, I have come—
In the volume of the book it is written of Me—
To do Your will, O God.’” Hebrews 10: 5-7 (NKJV)

Jesus Christ came into this world to be the sacrificial lamb that suffered and died for all our sins once and for all. Christ’s life, death, and resurrection fulfilled God’s will. God sacrificed His one and only Son so that we could all have abundant life. And through Jesus Christ we now have a direct connection to our Father in Heaven. This is the good news! The good news for all!

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)

But, the good news of Jesus Christ is more than just facts to believe. It’s more than just repeating a prayer or doing good works. We must turn away from our sinful nature; turn to what is good, and Live Godly lives; Love your neighbor and do what is right! The truth is what will set you free! Our time on earth is short! Why not start living a life worth living!

Jesus tells us: He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him. (John 14:21)

Grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ and get closer to God. Start reading the Bible; Commit yourself to prayer; Spend time with other Christians by joining a church; Tell others about your new faith in Jesus Christ; And start living a life with meaning and purpose—Let Jesus Christ guide you down the right path!

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own Understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6)

Take heart: For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins. (Hebrews 10:26)

Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, (Acts 3:19)

Heavenly Father,
I pray for those who may not know You, for those who may have lost their way, and for those who just need to take that leap of faith and believe that You gave Your one and only Son so they may have abundant life! May they all be blessed with Your love, Your grace and Your guidance. Father I ask that these words will help them to see Your wonderful light in a time where there can be so much darkness. We are all sinners and need Your forgiveness. Father I thank you for being You! I thank You for Your presence in my life it always makes for a happy day!
In Jesus’ name I pray these words, Amen
