Come quickly Lord Jesus!

“And behold, I [Jesus] am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.” – Revelation 22:12 (NKJV)

O what a glorious day it will be when the Lord Jesus comes! To be like Him, and to kneel before His majesty! To be rewarded for our works, our faithfulness, the life that we lived for Him!

If you are a believer in Christ, you will have true faith by showing it in your works. You will change your sinful ways, your bad habits of old! You will live for the one true King and not yourself! Your presence will decrease and the Lord’s will increase! Your life will continue to change for the better, for the greater good! You will attend a church, you will read your bible, and you will have love for the brethren! You will spread the good news to as many people as you can by the way you live, and your love for the lost. You will share your story and the story of Jesus Christ!

And that story of Jesus Christ is that He came to save the lost. He came to save you and me! He came to save all who come before him that surrender their lives! Jesus died for our sins, He was buried, and then He rose again on the third day according to the scriptures. (He is alive today and can be seen through the lives of many, like you and me!) Now show it by your works! Live for Jesus and be rewarded for your good deeds!

Our Father in heaven, we live for you! We share the story of Jesus Christ through our faith that works! We thank you for all that you do, and ask to be filled with your Holy Spirit! We ask for opportunities to share our faith with others, to shine the light of righteousness to all that we encounter! Father, we ask that you come quickly! The patience wears thin living in a world where we don’t belong! For our citizenship is in Heaven! We eagerly await for our Lord and Savior, we do what we can to persevere! We ask for your will be done, not ours! In Jesus’ name we pray, amen!
