Living a life for Christ is living the eternal life now

“Now this is the commandment, and these are the statutes and judgments which the LORD your God has commanded to teach you, that you may observe them in the land which you are crossing over to possess, that you may fear the LORD your God, to keep all His statutes and His commandments which I command you, you and your son and your grandson, all the days of your life, and that your days may be prolonged. (Deuteronomy 6:1-2 NKJV)

Living a life for Christ is living the eternal life now; a life that will be prolonged for eternity, through eternity! A life lived in immortal bodies lived in a land that we cross over and are to overcome and if we are parents or even grandparents we teach our children rightly and they come along with us!

We persevere through all the trials and tribulations that this ungodly world brings, including the trials and tribulations we bring upon ourselves! We stand tall in God’s word and not only are we born again but we become new everyday! We continue to change our lives and inner being to become a mirror image of Christ. When others look at us, they see Christ! We are not perfect but we become perfected by following in His footsteps! We become filled with the power of The Holy Spirit and He is with us at all times, in all things! And if we are diligent to holding fast to all of God’s commandments and a relationship with His Son, when it comes time to crossover this land we will be raised up with Christ to that land, a land flowing with milk and honey a heavenly land in the heavenly realms!

For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words. (I Thessalonians 4:16-18 NKJV)

Blessed is every one who fears the LORD, Who walks in His ways. When you eat the labor of your hands, You shall be happy, and it shall be well with you. Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table. Behold, thus shall the man be blessed Who fears the LORD. (Psalms 128:1-4 NKJV)

Be blessed, stick with The Lord and you will overcome all things, there will be joy and peace with your soul!
