There is nothing greater than being on the receiving end of praise!

“I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well.” – Psalms 139:14 (NKJV)

Praise:

1. The act of expressing approval or admiration; commendation; laudation.

2. The offering of grateful homage in words or song, as an act of worship: a hymn of praise to God.

There is nothing greater than being on the receiving end of praise! The feeling brings so much joy to the heart when one is recognized for the things that they do! And just as we enjoy praise so does our Heavenly Father! If we are to receive all that God has to offer not only shall we follow Jesus in all His ways, but we must praise God for all that He has done, and is doing in our lives! We need to give thanks where thanks are due! Praise Him in our words, praise Him in our song, and praise Him with our life! Continually! Daily! Always! Not just on Sunday’s at church!

Let my mouth be filled with Your praise And with Your glory all the day. (Psalms 71:8 NKJV)

We praise God for His name: We give God praise for the power of His name for His name alone brings fear to all men! Thank Him for His great name!

Let them praise Your great and awesome name— He is holy. (Psalms 99:3 NKJV)

All the earth shall worship You And sing praises to You; They shall sing praises to Your name. (Psalms 66:4 NKJV)

Now therefore, our God, We thank You And praise Your glorious name. (I Chronicles 29:13 NKJV)

We praise God for His great wonders: Oh how magnificent are the wonders of God! Look around you and see what God has made! Thank Him for His great wonders!

And the heavens will praise Your wonders, O Lord; Your faithfulness also in the assembly of the saints. (Psalms 89:5 NKJV)

Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples. (Psalms 96:3 NKJV)

To Him who alone does great wonders, For His mercy endures forever; (Psalms 136:4 NKJV)

We praise God for His loving-kindness: The loving-kindness of God is so great and definitely undeserving! We are all sinners, and in one way or another, we separate ourselves from God when we choose to ignore Him, when we choose to do things without Him, or when we choose to do things against Him in our words and or deeds! Thank God for His loving-kindness and the forgiveness that He has bestowed upon you!

I will worship toward Your holy temple, And praise Your name For Your loving-kindness and Your truth; For You have magnified Your word above all Your name. (Psalms 138:2 NKJV)

Let, I pray, Your merciful kindness be for my comfort, According to Your word to Your servant. (Psalms 119:76 NKJV)

We Praise God for His works: Mighty is the Lord! Oh, the works that He has done for you and me! Thank God for His wonderful works! Thank Him for His Blessings, his provisions, His Son! Thank you Jesus!

I will meditate on the glorious splendor of Your majesty, And on Your wondrous works. (Psalms 145:5 NKJV)

The Lord is gracious and full of compassion, Slow to anger and great in mercy. The Lord is good to all, And His tender mercies are over all His works. (Psalms 145:8, 9 NKJV)

For You, Lord, have made me glad through Your work; I will triumph in the works of Your hands. (Psalms 92:4 NKJV)

Give God the praise that He deserves! Without Him we are nothing! Without His son Jesus we are nothing!

For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away. (James 4:14 NKJV)

Man is like a breath; His days are like a passing shadow. (Psalms 144:4 NKJV)

Have you given your life over to God? Have you accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior? Do it today!

For He says: “In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped you.” Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation. (II Corinthians 6:2 NKJV)

He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on Him.” (John 3:36)

Lord God,
You are holy and great is your name! Your wonders are awesome; your loving kindness is better than life! Your works are too great to count! Thank you for all that you have done, thank you for all that you are doing! And thank you in advance for all that you plan to do! You are indeed magnificent! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for your blessings and your provisions, thank you for your great mercy! Thank you for your great gifts! Without you we are nothing! We praise you in all that you do! We give you our life! In Jesus’ heavenly name we praise you! Amen!
