What Is The Width And Length And Depth And Height?

What is the width and length and depth and height— to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. (Ephesians 3:17-19 NKJV)

The width… Jesus with His arms stretched wide says… “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” (Matthew 11:28-30 NKJV)

The length… enduring a severe beating to near death and then hung on a cross! Jesus paid it all! He died for our sins! “For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die. But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:6-8 NKJV)

The depth… “Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.” (Philippians 2:5-8 NKJV)

The Height… The height of God’s love is this, and Jesus says, “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.” (John 5:24 NKJV)  Listen to the words of Jesus, believe in God and you will pass from death to life!

To know the Love of Christ, and to be filled with the fullness of God… you must deny yourself and pick up your own cross! For the cross is where we leave all our sin! The cross is where our sin ends and life begins! We repent and change our ways! We walk in the footsteps of Jesus, and live life with the same attitude as He! We love our Lord God and we love our neighbor! We deny ourselves and live for the kingdom! We tell the truth and live the truth! We are light as He is light! We will love the unlovable and forgive the unforgiven just as God forgives us! We leave a legacy behind that others can build on! We do what’s right in The sight of The Lord! We live just and holy lives and we do it all for the glory of God!

“For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works. Speak these things, exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no one despise you. (Titus 2:11-15 NKJV)
In Jesus name, amen!
